However, the members area is a different kettle of fish – people pay on the basis of receiving regular updates and communication and there can be no excuse for not having that area updated – studying is absolutely no excuse as the money has been taken but no updates have been provided (which has alsway been a selling point of the members area).

It would be interesting to see who has paid a fee for January and when the last update was made in the memebers area as if your paying for a service you’re not getting then you are entitled to a refund at the very least. Studying cannot be used as an excuse in this case as you cannot charge people for a service and then decide not to provide the service as you are too busy doing something else.

Someone needs to spell out what content members are going to receive and then the members can decide whether it is worth continuing. If you’ve had no content update in January then I think you should be thinking about what you recieved for your fee that month. If you feel the fee justifies continued access to a site alone and you have no worries about updates then no problems, however most people see continued payments as a way of ensuring new content is delivered, if you are one of those people you will want to know how frequently updates will be provided in future and then you can make an informed decision on whether to continue or not.

I like Donna, always have, but I take nothing on blind faith and can only view it with the facts I have to hand. So if someone would be so kind as to inform people what is going on then then I’d be most appreciative.
