I have swine flu.. :(
Posted by admin on August 8, 2009well I guess it was gonna happen sooner or later in london… but I feel like crap. I’m on a course of tamiflu (which makes you vomit by the way!). So should be better soon I hope…
So that means I won’t be on your screens for a bit as i’m quarantined…

hmmm.. it’s all very interesting to be honest.. I’m so dizzy and weak it’s ridiculous. I had a pounding headache for ages but that’s gone now and it comes and goes every now and then. The cough is the worse, because I need to cough but I’m not coughing anything and ultimately it just makes me dizzier. I can’t go anywhere.. and even watching tv makes me feel dizzy
The tamiflu pills I think must help because they brought my fever down, but seriously don’t take tamiflu if you get swine flu without food otherwise you’ll just throw up a lot! Even taking it with food I have to lie down and stay still for about an hour until I think it’s all digested because it makes you feel nausea’s.
All in all not the greatest experience! lol but i’m sort of glad I’ve got it now in a way.
Slowly on the mend.. today hasn’t beent he best of days for me so far. The cough is persisting and just making me feel ill.. and walikng up the stairs is making me feel tired..
Anyone wanna come and be a naked butler for me? (you can wear a face mask if needs be!!)

Sorry to hear that you’re ill, Donna. I do know someone who had swine flu a couple of weeks back and they made a quick recovery, so I’m sure you’ll be fighting fit again soon.
In the meantime I’ll gladly be your naked butler. You’d only just have to ring my bell and I’d come…lol!

Don’t worry boys I’m still resting and tkaing it easy.. not coughing and spluttering as much today and I take my last and final tamiflu tonight yayyyyyyy!!!!
I’m due to be back on bang babes tomorrow, but to be honest I’m not sounding right stilla nd I think I should let my body rest properly for a couple of days before getting back in front of the cameras and lights.. so maybe not back on your screens until next week.. we’ll see!

Don’t worry about swine flu honestly, they hype it up far too much.. it’s just the flu so you’ve nothing to be too scared of at all. Promise. If you get it just take it as an opportunity to be waited on, and rest loads. Plus you get to watch loads of come dine with me
